Better still, our qualified tradies’ will proactively make sure your building stays up to code with clear maintenance schedules. With your approval we’ll also manage repairs for the most efficient and best value for money outcome, keeping contractors to task so you get a great property result and minimise the likelihood of nasty surprises.
Commercial Property Management Fees
Management Fees will normally be between 3% and 8% of the property’s total rent. The difference will depend on the type, age and number of buildings you own. Costs also vary based on the number and types of businesses operating from the property and how complex the building systems are.
We can provide a fast, free, no obligation quote for the cost of managing your commercial property. These fees are generally included as an outgoing in the Lease Agreement and paid for by the tenant.
Setup Costs
There is no cost to landlords for the initial setup of your property. This includes setting outgoings budgets, engaging maintenance contractors and documentation for health and safety.
We don’t charge extra for carrying out lease renewals or negotiating make good settlements.
We don’t expect bonus payments when we achieve rent reviews or low arrears or vacancy levels. It’s all part of our high level of service.
